Body Art Motion (BAM), founded in 1998 by Tanya Lee, is a dynamic school and community that blends ancient traditions with modern lifestyles. With a deep-rooted passion for connecting to the natural rhythms of fire, water, air, and earth, BAM offers a space for creativity, expression, and transformation. The studio specializes in dance and hosts an array of annual events, with performances on some of Calgary’s largest stages.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Tanya since 2015, starting with the design of BAM’s first logo. Over the years, we’ve built a unique and cohesive visual identity that forms the foundation of the brand. These design assets have empowered Tanya to manage her own marketing and day-to-day design needs, while allowing us to collaborate on product development, innovative ideas, and the community-driven performances that continue to define BAM’s impact.
